1. Contract Formation

By purchasing from Excellent Blinds Ltd, you enter into a binding agreement. Since all our blinds are custom-made to your specific requirements, manufacturing begins shortly after order placement.

2. Professional Surveys & Measurements

  • Our Measurement Service: When our team conducts the survey, we guarantee the fit. Any necessary adjustments will be handled at our cost.
  • Customer Measurements: If you provide measurements, you are responsible for their accuracy. We cannot refund or replace bespoke items due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
Important: All products remain the property of Excellent Blinds Ltd until the final balance is paid in full upon installation.

3. Bespoke Cancellations

Under UK Law, bespoke and made-to-measure goods are exempt from the standard 14-day 'cooling off' period. Cancellations are only possible before production has started.

4. 12-Month Quality Guarantee

We stand by our work. All installations are covered by a 12-month warranty against:

  • Manufacturing defects in fabric and hardware.
  • Failure of internal operating mechanisms.
  • Professional installation workmanship.

5. Installation Access

Customers must ensure window areas are accessible. We are not liable for pre-existing structural issues or damage to hidden utilities (pipes/cables) not disclosed before drilling.
